| Intermediate care is the next level or step down from primary or extended care and is available in the Hazelden system at our St. Paul, Minn. facility called Fellowship Club. The primary goal at Fellowship Club is to help residents develop the skills necessary to maintain an emotional, vocational, social, physical and spiritual balance in sober living. Hazelden provides time at Fellowship Club for reflection and self-discovery; structure to develop new life skills and living habits; and support that encourages progress, builds confidence and promotes fellowship.
We work with individuals to develop a comprehensive, individualized recovery plan that best ensures a successful transition. Residents also receive vocational assistance, mental health services, peer and community support, relapse prevention services, and individualized continuing care planning. Program participants stay connected to Hazelden through alumni programs and continuing care services.
