Hazelden's St. Paul, Minnesota facility, known as Fellowship Club, was established in 1953 to provide a transitional living option for men leaving Hazelden's residential alcohol and drug treatment program. Today at Fellowship Club, Hazelden provides intermediate care for men and women, ages 18 and over, who have completed a primary alcohol and drug addiction treatment program.
Fellowship Club provides a safe, home-like environment where adults can work on recovery skills while integrating back into employment and family. Residents live, work and support each other as they work on the skills needed to improve their capacity for a healthy, clean and sober lifestyle.
Weekend Outpatient Services Offered
In addition to the residential option, Hazelden also offers outpatient and mental health services at its St. Paul facility. Our weekend outpatient program helps adults balance work and family obligations while receiving top-notch integrated clinical services for alcohol and drug addiction. The six-week program includes assessments, lectures, group and individual counseling work with Hazelden clinicians as well as a three-day stay at The Lodge Program in Center City, Minn.
