Nonresidential Addiction Treatment
Patient attends services but does not stay at Hazelden
- Adult Intensive Outpatient Treatment, $273 per session
- Family Program
- Individual counseling, $123 per session
- Couples counseling, $146 per session
- Group counseling, $93 per session
- Family and Friends Lecture Series, no charge
- Assessments
- Chemical Use Assessment, $100
- Mental Health Assessment, $299
- Continuing Care programs
- Continuing Care, $102 per session
- 30-minute individual counseling, $68 per session
- 60-minute individual counseling, $123 per session
- Mental Health Services are charged on a fee-for-service basis
