Healing from Within: ACOA and Others Affected by Addiction

Center City, MN

Road to the Sun Image

For adults who grew up in homes with addiction, childhood experiences are often shaped by pain and trauma.  Healing from this hurt is not about blaming. Rather, healing comes from within – through compassion, gentleness, humor, love, respect, and self-care.

Join guest facilitator Fran Williams as she leads participants in learning how to:
  • Break the cycle of intergenerational substance abuse and continue our recovery journey.
  • Apply Twelve Step exercises and meditation practices to help heal our wounds.
  • Awaken our spirit and create a new vision for our future.
