Kids are deeply impacted in many ways when families experience substance use/co-occurring disorders! Often, they are searching for reasons this is happening, and they need to know they're not the cause of their parent's alcohol or drug addiction. They also need skills for making their own healthy choices. That's what we teach, and we make it fun! 

Our award-winning Children's Program provides support, education and care to kids who grow up in a family with alcohol or other drug addiction. Children participate in virtual programming, over 2 consecutive days via Zoom.

With guidance of highly trained counselors, children get to know one another through fun group activities. Through play and developmentally appropriate content kids will learn skills to talk about their emotions, be empowered to express themselves in healthy ways and connect with other kids in similar situations.

• Day 2: 11am - 2pm CST

The cost of this includes education, skill practice, resources, and connection to other kids and families as well as the opportunity to engage in continuing care groups weekly after participation.
