After serving as dean of students at Southern Virginia University, Stephen Biddulph was executive director of Red Rock Canyon School in St. George, Utah and later the clinical director and chief operations officer of Provo Canyon School in Provo, Utah. Both schools are adolescent treatment centers. Retired in December 2006, he now works in the student development center at Brigham Young University in Oahu, Hawaii. He is a retired major from the United States Marine Corps, is married, and is the father of six children.
