Training Cancellation and Refund Policy

Full Terms and Conditions to Be Accepted at Time of Purchase
All training sessions will be delivered virtually. Hazelden will send instructions with connection information to the email address provided by you at least one (1) business day prior to the commencement of the training. You will be responsible for ensuring that your equipment and delivery systems are capable of receiving virtual delivery of the training sessions. Hazelden will not be obligated to make any modifications to its equipment or delivery systems to be compatible with your equipment or systems, and will not be responsible for any system disruptions or failures.

The above Fee is for your participation in the scheduled training sessions and for a copy of and/or digital access to the accompanying training materials. You will be responsible for all applicable sales, use or value added taxes.

The Fee is nonrefundable, and is only for the sessions for which you have registered. You may not reschedule to sessions on another date.

If you wish to transfer your registration for the above sessions to another person, you must notify Hazelden with the name and contact information (email address and mailing address) of the new registrant at least seven (7) business days prior to the start of the training. If notice of a transfer is received by Hazelden at least seven (7) business days prior to the start of the training, Hazelden will charge the new registrant and will issue a refund to you upon receipt of the Fee from the new registrant. If notice of a transfer is received by Hazelden less than seven (7) business days prior to the start of the training, Hazelden will keep your Fee and allow the new registrant to attend in your place, and you will be solely responsible for obtaining any reimbursement or refund of the Fee from the new registrant.

After the training begins, no transfers will be permitted and no refunds will be issued. If you are unable to attend a full session, you will not receive a pro-rated refund for the portion of the session that you were unable to attend, and you will not be able to reschedule to another session. If you wish to make up a session or portion of a session that you missed, you will need to re-register and pay the Fee for a later presentation of that session.

You are responsible for determining if the training is suitable and appropriate for your purposes. Hazelden makes no representation or warranty as to the suitability of the training or the outcome or results which you may realize from the training.

The training sessions and all training materials are the property of Hazelden or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You may not record or permit or allow any other party to record any portion of the training sessions, and you may not reproduce, distribute, display, transmit, broadcast or stream any of the training sessions or materials. If you violate any of these provisions, Hazelden reserves the right to suspend your participation in the training and take any other action available to it under applicable law, and no refund will be issued to you.
